Griffin is a co-founder of Trumont Group and is responsible for the firm’s operations, culture, and growth plans. Before starting Trumont, Griffin pursued a professional football career in Germany, and signed a contract to play quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. Griffin gained invaluable discernment growing up in his family business, R.D. Offutt Companies; he attributes his successes and values to his upbringing. Griffin was a student-athlete in college, graduating with honors from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) while also starting at quarterback on the football team. Griffin prioritizes spending quality time with his family and friends, maintaining an active lifestyle, and traveling in his free time.
Matt co-founded Trumont Group along with Griffin Neal and Ken Regan. Matt leads the investment team and contributes to the overall strategy of the company. Prior to co-founding Trumont Group, Matt worked at Goldman Sachs. Matt is a Texas Christian University alumnus and enjoys staying involved with the University. In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing and spending time on the water.
Ken Regan is a partner of Trumont Group and advises on all aspects of project execution and development. Mr. Regan has 36 years of experience in the construction and development of multifamily and commercial real estate. Mr. Regan is a principal with and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Management. Additionally, he is Chief Executive Officer and Trustee for two real estate investment trusts (REITs), Sterling Multifamily Trust and Sterling Office & Industrial Trust. Further, Mr. Regan is an owner and Executive Chairman of GOLDMARK Property Management, Inc. He is also an owner of GOLDMARK Commercial Real Estate Inc. Mr. Regan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). He received a B.S.B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of North Dakota.
Floyd Lee oversees all construction projects for Trumont Construction. He joined the company in 2019 after a 40-year career working for large developers such as Trammell Crow Residential, Lincoln, Lexington Suites, and Millcreek Residential Trust. Originally from North Carolina, Mr. Lee graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, cycling, and spending time with his wife, four children, and one grandson.
Shane Essert founded Trumont’s Scottsdale office in May 2020. As a native Phoenician, Shane has had the unique opportunity to watch the Phoenix market grow and change over the past two and a half decades. Prior to Trumont Group Shane started his commercial real estate career working for CBRE where he focused on providing tailored financial and analytical consulting to corporations, financial institutions, REITs, and real estate advisory companies. In 2017 Shane left CBRE to help grow the Phoenix branch of HFF where he focused on Multifamily Debt Placement, Equity Placement, and Investment Sales. During his time at HFF Shane underwrote and oversaw the transaction of over $1B of Real Estate. In his free time Shane enjoys swimming, golfing, and spending time with his two year old daughter.
Lorenzo Racca joined Trumont Group as an Associate in 2022. He started his career at Trumont Group as part of the first class of interns in 2018. Lorenzo received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University. In his free time, Lorenzo enjoys playing guitar, rock climbing, and spending time with his friends and family.
Dennis Glover is a Project Manager for Trumont Construction. Dennis’ 30 years of experience includes field supervision, pre-construction estimating and project management. Throughout his career, Dennis has worked on a wide-range of projects including, Multi-family, Mid-rise and High-rise structures, Industrial projects, Educational facilities, and Medical projects. Dennis is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity and volunteers on Habitat weekend building crews. Dennis has been married for 30 years and has a son, daughter, and grandson.
After raising her children, Tiffany returned to college at age 40 and earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Tarrant County College in May 2022. Tiffany began working in multifamily construction in 2020 with D.R. Horton’s multifamily division, “DHI Communities” serving as Project Coordinator over Colorado and Utah. Tiffany currently manages subcontractor contracts while also supporting the Trumont Development Team throughout the design phase. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and their three adult children and in her free time enjoys baking, reading, gardening, camping, and volunteering at church.
